Unlocking SID 209 Ford Ranger. Manufacturer update

Today, I encountered an unusual situation. Most of those cars can be easily worked on via OBD, but this particular one had a manufacturer-patched zone in the ECU, which caused the write attempt to fail.
Diagnosis: Boot Mode was necessary to resolve the issue and perform the write correctly.
