BMW 520d G30 (2019) – Stage 1 with Flaps Off



190 HP to 220 HP | 400 Nm to 480 Nm


The BMW G30 520d is a strong base for Stage 1 tuning, but one common limitation is intake flap turbulence issue, which negatively affects airflow and low-RPM torque delivery.


In this calibration, the intake flaps are disabled. Instead of relying on swirl effects, airflow and boost behavior are rebuilt using proper geometry control, ensuring clean cylinder filling and stable combustion.

  • Smooth and early torque delivery

  • Stronger low and mid-range response

  • Clean boost control without oscillation

  • Predictable power curve under load

  • Power: 220 HP

  • Torque: 480 Nm
